À la Française uses nothing but the freshest ingredients, with each menu derived from nature’s seasonal offerings.
The atmosphere provided is that of your desire, from a relaxing night of wine and hors d'oeuvres with friends, to a gastronomic 6-course experience. Wine and champagne parings are also available for any menu.
Gratuity and alcohol beverages are not included in rates, but wine or champagne added to menus will incur an additional charge dependent upon chosen beverage.
Any menu can be tailored to respect any allergies a guest may have, please let us know ahead of time.

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holiday parties, whatever the occasion, do it À la Française. We will provide an experience to remember, creating an inviting atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy the celebration. Be it a cocktail party, fancy buffet, Mediterranean feast, or American BBQ with a twist, we enjoy serving our clients the perfect menu for the occasion, paired with top-notch service.

VOS PETITS PLATS
Weekly Meal Preparation
Weekly meal preparation services are available, with menus tailored to you and your family’s lifestyle and eating habits. Whether you have specific requirements, or are looking to add a little culinary spice to life, Chef Héléa work with you to create the menus and will arrive weekly to prepare a set of meals for you.
Ingredients can either be provided by the customer, or shopping can be done the day of preparation by Chef Héléa for an additional fee per outing.
Containers are to either be provided by the customer, or they can be purchased for the customer and will remain their property, this will incur a one-time fee equal to the cost of the containers.
Rates are billed by the hour, with some menus more time intensive than others; 1.5 hour minimum per week.

With any menu, wine and/or champagne parings are available, or if you have a special bottle, your culinary experience can be tailored to compliment. Paring rates dependent upon quantity and cost of chosen beverage.
Need help planning your perfect party? No problem! Not only does Chef Héléa love to create in the kitchen, she can help you create the atmosphere for your special occasion. Party planning, event organization, and setup rates are dependent upon scope and material cost.
